Kevin
Kelliher, CEO
Kevin joined The Lundgren Management Group, Inc. in September
of 1989. He currently acts as President and CEO of
the company and as Senior Property Manager for several condominium
associations.
Prior to joining The Lundgren Management Group, Kevin was
a Property Manager and Marketing Coordinator at Peabody Properties,
Inc., a full-service property management company.
Kevin has over twenty years experience in all forms of building
management including multi-family rental housing, condominiums,
commercial space, government assisted housing and housing
for the elderly.
Kevin is a current member of the Institute of Real Estate
Management. He has completed IREM’s Certified
Property Manager courses and has been awarded the designation
of Certified Property Manager. He attended college
at the University of Massachusetts and Assumption College.
